1-cup dandelion greens torn up
1-cup baby spinach or kale
1-teaspoon dried cranberries
Optional - 1 ounce of goat cheese, hard boiled egg, or leftover roasted turkey or chicken.
1-TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocado or Grapeseed Oil
1-TSP lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2-pinches of dill (or another herb of your choice)
1-pinch garlic powder
1-pinch of pepper
Clean the greens thoroughly and add all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix together the dressing ingredients and add to the salad mix.
Eat and enjoy!
